**Attention runner's** RUNNING PREHAB CLASS

I've been doing some thinking and want to start a Prehab running class. It will include all things lower limb to help reduce injuries, build strong ankles, hips and knees. It could also enhance your running ability and improving your running times :)
As a runner whether running competitively, for fun, or weight loss, your joints need to be cared for. What better than a strength and conditioning class?
It will last for 1 hour.
Individually I will discuss running/training/exercise habits, including rest days. Discuss any preexisting injuries, recurring injuries or weaknesses/deficits.
I'd like to start a class on a Friday and depending on interest could also include another day. Please share the days and times that will work for you, also please share with friends. Thankyou
